Part of an All-Japan Integrated Development
Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan is part of a large-scale integrated development comprising condominiums, serviced apartments, and commercial facilities on a 10,000 m² site in Jakarta’s Mega Kuningan district—an area undergoing significant redevelopment within the city’s central business district. The project was designed and constructed by Shimizu Corporation, and is managed and operated by Tokyu Property Management Indonesia, a member of the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group. As one of the few “All-Japan” initiatives overseas, this project is fully led by Japanese companies across every phase—from land acquisition and development to design, construction, and management.
