Jakarta, 1 December 2024 –Tokyu Land Indonesia (Headquarters: DKI Jakarta; President Director: Hidetatsu Ikeda, hereinafter referred to as “TLID”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the project with the commencement of unit handover at the prestigious BRANZ Mega Kuningan project. This project marks our third premium condominium development, following the success of our previous projects BRANZ Simatupang and BRANZ BSD. We are delighted to be able to complete the handover on schedule for our esteemed customers.
BRANZ Mega Kuningan project is a mix of condominiums, serviced apartments and commercial facilities, developed in partnership with Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport & Urban Development (JOIN), based in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with funding from the Japanese government. The construction was managed by Shimizu Corporation.
